Former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki dies of lung cancer, was just 56 years old

Susan Wojcicki successfully led YouTube at a time when the online platform came under increasing scrutiny after allegations of spreading misinformation, hate speech, and other harmful content.
Former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki, one of Google's early employees, died after suffering from lung cancer for two years. She was 56 years old. Her husband Dennis Troper gave this information in a social media post.
Troper said in his post, "With deep sadness, I share the news of the death of Susan Wojcicki. My beloved wife of 26 years and the mother of our five children left us today after 2 years of living with lung cancer."
Troper said Wojcicki was "not just my best friend and partner in life, but a brilliant mind, a loving mother, and a dear friend to many."
