ACC Women's Asia Cup Rising Stars 2026: India A Thrash Pakistan A by 8 Wickets in Bangkok
IND vs PAK: Pakistan A won the toss and elected to bat first, but were completely thwarted by the Indian bowlers. Pakistan A were bowled out for just 93 runs (all out in 18.5 overs). India A's bowling was excellent, taking wickets consistently and never allowing Pakistan to settle down.
The 6th match of the ACC Women’s Asia Cup Rising Stars 2026 was played at the Terdthai Cricket Ground in Bangkok on Sunday (15th February). India A won the match by 8 wickets against Pakistan A. The win was very important for India A, who were struggling to survive in the tournament after facing defeat in the first match against UAE.
Pakistan A won the toss and decided to bat first, but they were completely thwarted by the Indian bowlers. Pakistan A were bowled out for just 93 runs (all out in 18.5 overs). The bowling of India A was superb, and they never let Pakistan A settle down to bat properly.
In response, India A chased down the target, scoring 94 runs in just 10.1 overs and securing a comfortable 8-wicket win (with 59 balls remaining). During the chase, Vrinda Dinesh played a brilliant innings, giving the team a strong start and laying the foundation for victory. The other batsmen also scored runs in a restrained yet aggressive manner, quickly turning the match in India A's favor.
