500-Page NIA Chargesheet Reveals Cross-Border Drone Network Supplying Weapons, Narcotics
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet in a special court in Jaipur against Vishal Pachhar, a Pakistan-linked arms and drug smuggler. It is alleged that Vishal imported arms and drugs from Pakistan via drones and spread his network across Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana. He used encrypted communications and escaped abroad via Nepal.
The National Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet in a special court against Vishal Pachhar, a Pakistan-linked arms and drug smuggler. In the chargesheet presented before the NIA's special court in Jaipur, the investigating agency said arms and drugs were being smuggled into India from Pakistan via drones.
Vishal had spread his network in Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana as well. He would use secret routes and encrypted communications to evade detection. The charge sheet filed against Vishal contains charges under various sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the Arms Act, the NDPS Act, and the Indian Penal Code.
He operated as part of an illegal arms and drug trafficking network, involved in the purchase, sale, transportation, and distribution of prohibited weapons, ammunition, and narcotics. According to the charge sheet, Pakistani smugglers assisted Vishal in supplying weapons, heroin, and other narcotics to India.

The consignments of weapons and narcotics were dropped using high-quality drones near areas of Rajasthan bordering the international border. The NIA has reportedly presented several crucial evidence in the 500-page charge sheet. Sources indicate that Vishal, while in contact with the Rohit Godara gang, escaped abroad via Nepal.
