And the new bike has been launched in the standard edition variant, similar to the previous model. The company made the launch of the new bike official through social media, and also introduced its new features and price points.
The 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator motorcycle is powered by a 451cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke parallel twin engine, which is designed for smooth power delivery and fast acceleration. This engine with a DOHC 8-valve setup produces 45 PS of power at 9,000 rpm and 42.6 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The compression ratio of 11.3:1 and dual 32mm fuel injectors give it fast response and excellent fuel efficiency.
The engine is mated to a 6-speed return-shift gearbox, which also features Kawasaki's Assist and Slipper Clutch technology. This makes the clutch feel lighter in city traffic, and the bike remains more stable during forceful downshifting. This technology is directly taken from the company's racing experience.
The 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator motorcycle is based on a lightweight, high-tensile steel trellis frame. Because of which the bike is both strong as well as light in weight. The weight of the bike is as low as 176 kg (curb weight). The seat height of the bike is 735 mm, so the bike is comfortable for even the short riders.
The length of the bike is 2,250 mm, width 785 mm and height 1,100 mm. The wheelbase is 1,520 mm and the ground clearance is 150 mm. The steering angle of the bike is 35 degrees, which makes it very easy to turn in urban areas.
For front suspension, telescopic forks have been provided which offer 120 mm of travel. While dual shocks are fitted at the rear which give 90 mm of travel. There is an 18-inch 130/70 size tire at the front and a 16-inch 150/80 size tire at the rear, which gives it a great, low-slung bobber look.
There is a 310 mm disc brake with a dual-piston caliper for the front braking of the bike, and a 240 mm disc brake with a dual-piston caliper in the back. Dual-channel ABS has also been incorporated to make the bike even safer, with excellent handling through any type of roads.
The 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator gets a small, round-shaped all-digital LCD instrument panel. Which matches well with the classic look of the bike. Important information like tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, trip meter and clock are available on this display.
Apart from this, the rider can connect his smartphone to the bike through Kawasaki's 'Rideology' mobile app. This app gives access to information like fuel level, odometer reading, maintenance schedule. Also, a log of GPS data, gear position and engine RPM can be kept. Call and message notifications can also be seen directly on the bike's screen, and the rider can also change the display settings from his phone.
Kawasaki's Ergo-Fit system allows this bike to be customized according to riders of different sizes. The rider can make his riding position more comfortable and controlled by adjusting or changing parts like handlebars, footpegs and seat. This makes one feel less tired even on long-distance journeys.
