In the screenshot, this new button is visible in the chats navigation bar. By tapping on this button, AI-powered chats can be opened.

The messaging platform wants to bring a conversation with an AI assistant into the regular use of the user. This is the reason why work is going on to introduce such a shortcut to open chats.

Even in Android, this feature has been introduced for only a few users. Similarly, iOS users can also check this feature with the latest version of WhatsApp (WhatsApp beta for iOS 23.24.10.71).

To use the feature, WhatsApp beta iOS users can update the chatting app from the TestFlight app. This feature is expected to be introduced for all iOS users in the coming time.
