Currently, Vivo is planning to launch the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro smartphones in China on October 13th. The company has already shared several details about these smartphones ahead of their launch. According to Chinese tech bloggers Bald Panda and Experience More, the upcoming Vivo X300 smartphone is expected to feature a 6,040mAh battery. New Review Technology shared a hands-on video, revealing that the upcoming X300 Pro smartphone will feature a 6,510mAh battery. This video was also shared by Vivo's product manager, Han Boxiao.

The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro smartphones are reportedly expected to support 90W wired and wireless charging. However, details about wireless charging are not yet clear. Vivo has increased the battery capacity in the X300 series. Previously, the Vivo X200 smartphone featured a 5,800mAh battery, while the X200 Pro featured a 6,000mAh battery. Both phones will support 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.

MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset will power the upcoming Vivo X300 and X300 Pro smartphones. This is the world's first smartphone to come with this chipset. The Vivo X300 smartphone will have a 6.3-inch OLED screen, and the X300 Pro will have a 6.78-inch OLED panel. Their resolution is 1.5K, and the refresh rate is 120Hz. Both these phones will have an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.

Talking about camera specs, the Vivo X300 will have a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB primary camera. Along with this, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope camera will be provided. On the other hand, talking about the rear camera setup of the X300 Pro, it will have a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 primary camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultra-wide sniper, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera.
