His Upbringing

Lt Col Nitin Mehta’s father is also an Ex-Army officer & mother is a homemaker.

He completed his schooling at DPS Ghaziabad. Later Nitin Mehta got selected for the National Defence Academy and thereafter Indian Military Academy. Nitin Mehta was commissioned as an Officer in the Indian Army.

Right after completing his B-Tech (Mech) graduate, Nitin started specializing in the Repair and Maintenance of Helicopters of the Indian Army. During his career, Nitin met with an accident that led to injuries to his neck and spine, due to which he took a premature retirement after serving the Army for 21 years in 2016.

Next Stage of Life

After the accident, Nitin took everything positively and started his career in modeling in 2016 at the age of 44. Nitin has walked in Lakmé Fashion Week and India Fashion Week. Nitin has also been featured in numerous TV commercials and Advertisements.

Nitin then thought of moving into acting. Nitin Mehta is presently doing a number of Telugu and Tamil films after the success of the Telugu movie AKHANDA in which he played the main antagonist.

Lt Col Nitin Mehta is a fitness enthusiast and a fashion icon which is clearly visible on his Social Media.

Nitin has done various TV commercials and photoshoots such as Tanishq With Deepika Padukone, Kalyan Jewellers With Amitabh Bachchan, Mohanlal And Sons, Spotify India, Beardo, Reid & Taylor, Spicejet, Air Vistara, Ht City, India Today, Spice, Pizzali For Gq Magazine, Birchand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers Pashma, Panasonic, Canon India, Antara Senior Living My Chemist And Oberoi Hotels Tailoring.

Nitin Mehta has also done songs with Akshay Kumar, Ammy Virk and more. The name of the songs are Filhaal 1 and Filhaal 2.
