Tecno has just introduced the Pova Curve 5G in India. The Pova 7 series is going to be brought to India now. It has been claimed in a recent report that Pova 7 and Pova 7 Ultra 5G smartphones have appeared in the database of the Google Play Console. On the other hand, the launch date of the Ultra model has come to light in the recent leak. The phone's design and key features have also come to light. Tecno introduced Pova 6 Pro 5G and Pova 6 Neo 5G in India in March and September 2024.
According to a post by tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz), the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G may launch in June. The tipster did not reveal the exact date, but the phone is expected to launch by the end of the month.
A tipster shared the design render of the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5 G, which features the phone with a triangular rear camera module. The module is surrounded by an LED light strip. This design matches the official teaser shared by the company earlier this year. Keep in mind that Tecno has not yet confirmed the name 'Pova 7'.
According to the information received, the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G may have a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chipset. The phone can have a 6,000mAh battery, which will support 70W wired fast charging. It may have a 1.5K AMOLED display, which will offer 144Hz refresh rate support. It is claimed that this phone will support 120fps PUBG gameplay.
Recently, Tecno Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Ultra 5G, with model numbers LJ7 and LJ9, were listed on Google Play Console. Both phones were reported to have 8GB RAM and Android 15. The base variant may have a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 or Dimensity 7300X chipset.
