Tata Sierra EV India Launch Timeline Leaked, Price May Start at ₹20 Lakh

According to media reports, Tata Motors is preparing to launch an electric version of the Sierra soon. The manufacturer has not yet provided any information on this, but reports suggest it could be launched soon.

The manufacturer has recently launched the ICE version of this SUV in India. It has many great features. All these features will be available in the electric version of the SUV too. Features include LED projector headlights, connected LED taillights, flush door handles, cornering fog lamps, a triple screen, wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, a blind-spot monitoring system, a Hypr HUD, dual-zone climate control, a Dolby Atmos audio system with 12 speakers, a Sonic Shaft soundbar, 5G connectivity, a segment-largest panoramic sunroof, ventilated and electric front seats, a rear sunshade, an air purifier, a cooled glove box, a powered tailgate, terrain modes, and paddle shifters.

Tata is expected to offer the electric version of the Sierra with two battery options. The Tata Sierra EV could be offered with a choice of 55 kWh and 65 kWh battery packs. This SUV could offer a range of 500 to 550 kilometers on a single charge. It could also offer a powerful motor and off-road capability.

The manufacturer has not yet officially announced the SUV's launch. However, it is expected to launch in India within the next four to five months.

The manufacturer will disclose the price of the EV version of this SUV at the time of launch. However, it is expected that the Tata Sierra EV could be launched at a price of around ₹20 to ₹25 lakh (ex-showroom).
