The top-of-the-line Galaxy S26 Ultra may have more rounded corners and is expected to be slightly thinner than its predecessor at 7.9mm. The device is also expected to use an aluminum frame instead of the titanium one seen on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Leaks suggest that the Ultra may come in new color options like Purple, Black, White, and Silver.

All models are expected to use Samsung's new M14 AMOLED panels for improved efficiency and visuals. The base Galaxy S26 is expected to have a 6.3-inch panel, while the Galaxy S26 Plus is expected to have a 6.7-inch unit. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to have a screen size of 6.9 inches.

In addition, Samsung has teased that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will include a built-in privacy feature to hide sensitive content from onlookers.

The Korean company is not expected to make any major changes with the cameras of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series. The Galaxy S26 series is expected to feature the same setup as its predecessor: a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide, a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel 5x periscope lens. The front camera is expected to remain at 12-megapixel.

However, reports suggest that Samsung will improve image processing, resulting in more accurate skin tones.

The Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus are likely to feature the same camera setup as their predecessors: a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto lens.

Samsung may use a split-chipset strategy for the Galaxy S26 series, with the devices featuring either the Exynos 2600 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, depending on the region. However, it's not yet clear which chipset will arrive in our market.

Regarding the battery, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will retain the same 5,000mAh cell as the Galaxy S26 Ultra, but will offer higher charging speeds – 60W wired and 25W wireless.

The base Galaxy S26 is expected to have a 4,300mAh battery, compared to the previous model's 4,000mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 Plus could feature a 4,900mAh unit. Rumours also suggest that Samsung may introduce Qi2 wireless charging support across the entire lineup, making the devices compatible with Apple's MagSafe.

In addition to the expected spec bump, there will be a significant focus on AI this time around. Samsung is expected to include more AI features across the entire lineup.

There's no official information on pricing yet. However, Samsung is expected to keep the S26 series priced similarly to the previous models. The Galaxy S25 started at ₹80,999, and the Galaxy S25 Plus was priced at ₹99,999. Galaxy 25 Ultra was launched at a price of Rs 1,29,999.
