Union Minister of State Prahlad Singh Patel said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has presented the model of empowerment of workers, women and farmers through the Garib Kalyan Yojana. Even after the National Food Security Act was passed in the country, rations did not reach the poor people in the country. In the PDS system, it was guaranteed that people would get cheap food grains from there. Still, fingers have always been raised on PDS, when this scheme was started it was available in only four states. But now Modi ji has implemented these schemes in 36 states.

There are two types of schemes in this – one is OWS and the other is Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. When we consider a family as a unit in a scheme, we give it 35 kg of food grains for free. In this scheme, a 5 kg ration is given to each family member.

One Nation One Card has guaranteed poor labourers the security of their food grains in any part of the country, while the digital card has also given food guarantees to each person in the family in isolated circumstances.

Prime Minister Modi ji has again extended the poor welfare schemes for 5 years, now more than 80 crore people will get free food grains. About Rs 11 crore 80 lakh will be spent in this scheme in 5 years. If the people sitting in the opposition want to discuss this, then they should discuss the poor welfare schemes so that the schemes can be properly evaluated.

PM Modi ji has also guaranteed the security of the money of the hardworking labourers by giving them a unique identity number of their PF. When workers have guaranteed food, they will improve the lives of their families and children with their hard-earned money. Be it for education or other work.

The Union Minister further said that the Ayushman Card Scheme has guaranteed the health of the workers, while the PF number has also guaranteed compensation in case of an accident. This is the model of PM Modi's poor welfare scheme.
