It is being said that the new-gen CLA will come only with petrol and non-plug-in hybrid powertrain options. No diesel engine will be offered with its entry-level luxury sedan. Apart from this, the sedan will later get a fully electric powertrain. Its electric variant can come with a single or dual-motor powertrain, which will provide a range of up to 750 km. It will be launched globally next year. At the same time, it is expected that it will also be launched in India.
