Work From Home, But Only in Delhi-NCR? Employee Raises Concerns Over New Policy

The employee explained that their boss didn’t provide an official rationale for the policy, but he believes that the company desires the power to call them into the office at any time. The employee was frustrated with this and asked whether working from home really meant that employees worked from home and not where they wished.

On the other hand, many supported the company's decision. Some users pointed out that large multinational companies also implement such policies. They argued that allowing employees to work from anywhere could make it difficult to call them to the office when needed.
