Reliance Foundation Donates ₹21 Crore for Assam Flood Relief, Nita Ambani Announces Major Support
Reliance Foundation has announced a donation of ₹21 crore to help flood-affected families in Assam. This amount will be donated to the Assam Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
The Reliance Foundation has made an announcement that it will be donating Rs 21 crore towards helping the flood-affected people of Assam. The donation has been made by Nita M. Ambani, who is the founder-chairperson of Reliance Foundation to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of Assam. This donation is apart from the work that has already been undertaken in Assam by the Reliance family.
Expressing solidarity with the flood-affected people of Assam, Nita Ambani said, "Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest solidarity are with the people of Assam. My heart goes out to every family affected by the floods. Please know that you are not alone."
He stated that teams from Reliance Foundation and Vantara, as well as volunteers from the Reliance family, are collaborating with the Assam government and local communities to conduct relief work on the ground. These efforts are aimed at providing all possible assistance to the flood-affected people.
