MG is preparing to launch the MG Cyberster EV in the Indian market. According to the information received from the company, this car will be launched in the country in January 2025. It is expected that it will be launched during Auto Expo 2025 and will be made available for sale shortly after.
MG Cyberster EV will be brought by the company in four color options. It will have options of English White, Cosmic Silver, Inca Yellow, and Dynamic Red colors. Along with this, the interior of the car will also be kept in a dark theme.
Apart from this, the other features include butterfly doors and a low-slung design, making it one of the best cars. MG Cyberster EV will be available with multiple grand offerings which include LED headlamps and daytime running lights, 20 inches alloy wheels, connected tail light, an open roof, three screens inside, eight-speaker Bose audio along with Android Auto and Apple car play with seven-inches infotainment touchscreen panel in the center console.
It would come with a 77kWh capacity battery, promising over 500 km at full charge. The car shall offer two motor variants. In all, it shall deliver 500 bhp to make this electric sports car so fast that it may attain a speed of 0-100 km in only five seconds. The company will provide a rear-wheel drive system in it. Its top variant takes only 3.2 seconds to run from 0-100 kmph speed.
Currently, the company offers it for sale in several countries in Europe. It can be brought as a CBU in India at the time of launch. So, in such a situation, the ex-showroom price can be anywhere between Rs 50 to 70 lakh. MG will introduce the Cyberster as a fully electric sportscar, and at the price it will come into the market, naturally, it would go head to head against cars like Hyundai Ioniq5, Kia EV6, and the BYD Seal.
