New Delhi (India), February 14: The MDR Foundation, in association with Lions Club International, recently conducted an e-waste drive in the Patancheru area. The drive was a huge success, with 310kg of e-waste being collected.
The drive was conducted over a period of 30 days and was attended by a large number of people from the local communities. The drive was organized in collaboration with the local JP Lions Club. The drive was a great success as it managed to collect 310 kg of e-waste from the local communities like APR LUXURIA, APR Nature, Sri Mytri Villa, Krushi Defence Colony, Suryadaya Colony, Harivillu Colony, Sujana Laxmi Colony, Praneeth Pranav Homes, Praneeth Pranav County, Sidhartha Enclave, Symphony Park Homes, Sai Ganesh Colony, Nandan Ratan Pride & Ram Mandir Road etc..!
The e-waste drive was conducted to raise awareness about the importance of proper disposal of electronic waste. Electronic waste, or e-waste, is any discarded electrical or electronic device. It includes items such as computers, mobile phones, televisions, and other electronic items.
The drive was also an opportunity to educate the local community about the importance of proper disposal of e-waste. The MDR Foundation and the Lions Club International conducted several awareness campaigns in the local area to educate the people about the harmful effects of improper disposal of e-waste.

The MDR Foundation and the Lions Club International also conducted a survey in the local area to understand the level of awareness about e-waste disposal. The survey revealed that most of the people in the local area were aware of the importance of proper disposal of e-waste.
The MDR Foundation and Lions Club International are committed to raising awareness about the importance of proper disposal of e-waste. Through this e-waste drive, they were able to collect 310kg of e-waste, which will be recycled and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner
