Mahindra XUV.e9 indicators seen inverted L shape; Spotted during testing once again
Mahindra XUV.e9 has been spotted during testing. This time the details of its dynamic turn indicators have been seen. In this, a multi-zone AC wireless phone charger and premium audio system can be seen. Also, it is expected to be launched in the first half of 2025 and its ex-showroom price can start from Rs 38 lakh.
Soon, Mahindra is launching the XUV.e9 to the Indian market which the company is also making preparations for. On-road testing of the XUV.e9 has also been initiated. It is undergoing extensive testing on Indian roads. It was discovered recently while being tested. All of the new XUV.e9 features have been revealed. Let's know what new has been seen this time.
The recently spotted test mule came with dynamic turn indicators at both the front and rear. It comes in an inverted L-shape. LEDs connected upfront can be seen as the DRLs, while at the back they also double up as tail lamps. They are connected by a connecting light bar. Apart from that, the SUV also receives a split-LED headlight setup and two air intakes below the grille. On that note, an alloy wheel pattern was spotted on the test model, which is significantly identical to the XUV.e9 concept shown back in 2023. ADAS radar was also seen in the middle of the front bumper of the XUV.e9, which suggests that this too can be seen in the production-spec model.
Talking about the interior of the car, during the test run, XUV.e9 was spotted, revealing details about its interior. We can see that the new Tata SUV's dashboard may have a tri-screen arrangement in addition to a 2-spoke steering wheel. In addition, its cabin can include a gear lever that resembles the concept and semi-leatherette seat material.
XUV.e9 can be equipped with features such as multi-zone AC, wireless phone charger, premium audio system, and ventilated and powered seats. Given its electric car status, it is also bound to offer features related to technology like V2L and multiple regeneration modes. It can also have a capacity for six airbags, ESP, and TPMS for passenger safety. Along with these, it will be able to feature no-keep assist, ADAS, forward collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.
The Mahindra XUV.e9 is available with 60 kWh and 80 kWh battery packs, which, when completely charged, will provide a range of over 500 kilometers. It can be equipped with all-wheel-drive (AWD) and rear-wheel drive (RWD). INGLO will serve as the foundation for the XUV.e9. Within 30 minutes, it will be charged from 0% to 80%.
