Kia Syros EV Spotted Testing in Kochi, India Launch Expected by 2026

According to media reports, Kia is preparing to launch a new EV soon. Recently, the electric version of this Kia Siros has been seen during testing. The EV has been seen at a charging station in Kochi.
The Kia Siros EV was spotted at a charging point in Kochi during testing alongside the MG Windsor. This model was fully wrapped. But its shape was the same as its ICE version. No significant changes were observed in its exterior.
The same features in the new EV as that of its ICE variant will be delivered by the manufacturer. It will also feature numerous items such as LED lights, panoramic sunroof, roof rails, 30-inch Trinity display, wireless Android Auto, Apple Car Play, wireless charger, front armrest, ventilated seats, and sliding and reclining rear seats.
Kia's upcoming EV will be placed under the Carens Clavis EV. In such a case, its range is estimated to be between 350 to 400 kilometers. Still, nothing about its battery and motor has been heard yet.
No formal information has been given by Kia regarding the launch of the Siros EV. But it is expected that it can be launched in India by 2026.
The manufacturer will give the correct information about the price at the time of launch of the SUV. But it is expected that the Kia Siros EV can be launched in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 12 to 15 lakh.
