New Delhi, December 15: Mumbai-based Ethan Singh started reading books at a relatively young age. His performance was further reflected in school when he showed excellence in quizzes and other academic and extracurricular activities. His parents, Vijaybhan Singh and Zeenie Singh used to buy him a lot of books to satisfy the reader in him. With the right amount of family support, dedication, and perseverance, Ethan was way ahead of other children his age.

His family always supported him and encouraged him. They would participate in the quizzes that Ethan organized for his house. They would also discuss several topics that piqued Ethan’s interest, such as history, general knowledge, and maps. His parents displayed ideal parenting skills by giving Ethan ample opportunities to excel at what he did. They guided him when needed and kept track of his timetable, his activities, and his interests. They really took time out to understand their child and his needs, and fulfilled all the needs, which allowed Ethan to become an excellent student.

Ethan’s hobbies include reading and coding primarily. He is an avid reader and has had an interest in books since early childhood. Due to his extensive reading habit, he also developed a strong knowledge base, which helped him win several tournaments, competitions, and Olympiads. Ethan secured the second rank in the International English Olympiad and the third rank in International Social Studies Olympiad. Before that, he held the Zonal Rank 10 for the English Olympiad and the Zonal Rank 4 for the General Knowledge Olympiad.

Ethan was also the state topper in the Hindustan Olympiad and a Bronze medallist in VANDA 2021. He won an award of distinction in the Depth of Knowledge Assessment, 2021 and won yet another Silver medal in the American Mathematics Olympiad. For all of these achievements, Ethan also holds the record of getting the Maximum Certificates in Academics achieved by a Child in the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records. Ethan has been listed as one of the Top 100 Child Prodigies and has earned the title of ‘The Boy with the Talented Mind’ by the Child Prodigy Magazine for his extraordinary talents and skills.

The Magic Book of Records enlists him as the ‘Youngest Multi-talented Kid’. Not only this, Ethan also finds a mention in the Guinness Book of Records for having participated in the record of Most People Solving Rotating Puzzle Cubes Simultaneously Online. He also participated in the record of Maximum Participants Solving Three Basic Cubes in the Asia Book of Records.

Apart from this, Ethan is a focused individual and always prioritizes his academics. He follows a formula for success, which includes hard work, dreams, and dedication. His aim is to become a software engineer one day and to fulfill that goal, he is in the process of learning coding and other IT related skills.

As his talents are intertwined with academics, Ethan has always found it easy to balance his academics and his extracurricular activities. His parents also help him manage his time and ensure that not only does Ethan get the time to polish his skills, but also gets enough time to spend with his peers. His parents want that along with academic skills, Ethan should also have social skills and become a confident individual in life.
