After Google Pixel 10a Launch, Pixel 9a Now Available Under ₹40,000

After the recent launch of the Google Pixel 10a, Amazon has significantly reduced the price of the previous model, the Google Pixel 9a. While the new Pixel 10a offers minor updates such as new colors and slightly increased peak brightness, the Pixel 9a still provides the core Pixel experience at a much lower cost. The Google Pixel 9a was initially launched in India at ₹49,999. On Amazon, the (Porcelain, 256 GB) (8 GB RAM) version is now listed at ₹39,410, a direct discount of ₹10,589. EMI plans start at ₹1,386 per month.

The Pixel 9a features a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2424 pixels at 422.2 PPI. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and Google claims it can reach up to 1800 nits of brightness for HDR content, and up to 2700 nits for HDR. Powered by Google's Tensor G4 chip, it also has a 5100mAh battery.

Photography-wise, it includes a dual rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP ultrawide lens. For selfies and video calls, there's a 13MP front camera.
