India's two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor has launched the new TVS Apache RTR 160 2V. The company has updated it with the most special dual-channel ABS and OBD-2B compliant engine. Due to which it has become a more powerful bike than before.

The prices of the 2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 2V start at a base ex-showroom of Rs 1,34,320, which makes it Rs 3,800 costlier than last year’s highest-spec 2024 model priced at Rs 1,30,520. It has been unveiled with two shades – Pearl White and Matte Black. These two colors come with red alloy wheels as a standard fitment.

Its good looks form has been retained as previously, with red alloy wheels, angular tank extensions, and a strong stance. It has also been given a matte black paint job this time, which looks even better than previously.

It shares the same 159.7cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which develops 16.04 PS of power and 13.85 Nm of torque. Its engine is mated with a five-speed gearbox.

The 2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 2V is built on a double-cradle frame. It has a telescopic front fork and dual rear gas-charged shock absorbers. It has a 270mm front and 200mm rear petal disc brake for braking. It now includes dual-channel ABS. The bike has 7-inch wheels, which are shod with 90-section front and 120-section rear tubeless tires. It has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters, a comfortable seat height of 790mm, and a good ground clearance of 180mm.

It has an LCD console with TVS SmartXonnect Bluetooth connectivity, which offers features like voice assist, turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and ride data. It also gets three ride modes: Sport, Urban, and Rain. These modes adjust the bike's engine output and the sensitivity of the rear ABS. In the Indian market, it competes with Bajaj Pulsar N150, Hero Xtreme 160R 2V, Honda SP160, and Yamaha FZ-S Fi.
