Tumbledry Doubles Training Capacity Of Noida Academy To Support New & Existing Stores

In its early days, Tumbledry faced significant challenges in sourcing skilled manpower for their stores. They knew it very well that apart from advanced machinery, Standard operating procedures and skilled manpower trained on these SOPs are key to delivery standard quality across the country. However they also observed that there are plethora of training academies for businesses like hospitality, saloons, schools, hospitals etc but there none such academy or training centre for the laundry and dry clean industry through which this industry can source the skilled manpower. This lack of availability originated the idea of taking the lead and establishing an inhouse academy where trainees can learn washing techniques, ironing, stain removal, packaging, and much more.
