Chhath is almost here. Delhi is home to a large population of residents from Bihar and Purvanchal, who observe this event with deep respect and devotion. The public's excitement for this festival is already very high. However, when these individuals observe the current state of the Yamuna, their current enthusiasm may be ruined as the river has entirely transformed into a chemical foam. The Yamuna's white foam is prominently visible from a great distance, raising doubts about the Delhi government's claims that it has cleaned the river multiple times.

The local citizen, Hitesh Kaushik, says: "Yamuna gets polluted; Delhi-ites' contribution is 70 percent in polluting Yamuna, and the big thing is that when Arvind Kejriwal came into the chief minister's chair, he had clearly said that I would clean the Yamuna river so much that I will show it by taking a dip in it myself. But all this seems like a far cry.". Here comes Chhath. In such a situation, the question is how will people celebrate this festival.

Another citizen, Khavinder Singh Captain, said, "Delhi has 31 water treatment plants out of which 27 are not working. The companies that have been given the contract are indulging in large-scale corruption, while the Kejriwal government is not serious at all.". Large-scale corruption is happening in the name of cleaning Yamuna. Kejriwal says that I'll clean the Yamuna and will show it by taking a dip myself. But these people are not doing anything. Even the Chief Minister who has been in power for three months is not seen doing anything in this direction. These people are not willing to work. These people do not bother about the people of Delhi and have ruined Delhi.

Mayank Girdhar says, "I believe we are all responsible, too, in polluting the Yamuna. The pollution is coming from the factory. Manufacturing would not continue if the demand for the things they produce was reduced, and the pollution would end automatically. It has been said that Rs 67,00 crore has been spent so far on cleaning the Yamuna, but I do not believe such a large amount of money was spent. First of all, the government should shut the factory down.
