Canva's service is down, users are facing problems in logging in

Users were facing problem in using the service of the popular online design platform Canva today (12 November). According to Downdetector, more than 390 users reported problems around 2:34 pm. Users are getting a "504 gateway timeout" error while logging in to Canva. Also, some users have reported this on X.

Downdetector was the first to report this outage. While 94 percent reported website issues, some people reported 504 gateway timeout errors. 504 gateway timeout usually occurs due to server overload.

This problem affected users around the world. Most Canva users shared posts on Twitter to express their disappointment. One user wrote, "Life feels very empty due to this downtime." While another posted, "Is anyone else facing 504 error on Canva?"
