Apple is gearing up for its annual WWDC 2026 developer event, kicking off on June 8. They'll likely unveil iOS 27 along with iPadOS 27, macOS 27, and watchOS 27 updates.
Yet, just as every year, some older iPhone models might be left out with this upgrade. A report suggests that the new iOS 27 won't support every device.
According to Instant Digital’s post on Weibo, the latest iOS version will only work with the iPhone 12 lineup and later models. This means the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and even the second-gen iPhone SE won’t get the update if the info holds true.
