Tata Nexon launched with ADAS technology, learn the price, new Red Dark Edition also launched
Tata Nexon: Tata Motors has now further advanced its popular SUV, the Tata Nexon, making it safer than before.
Tata Motors has now gone further and improved its highly popular SUV, the Tata Nexon, further for safety reasons. The company recently introduced Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System) features in the Nexon EV. Now, these features have been introduced in the Nexon (ICE) petrol and diesel engine trims. Besides this, Tata has also introduced a new limited edition variant named the Red Dark Edition for ₹12.5 lakh (ex-showroom) and above.
The Fearless+PS DCA variant of the Tata Nexon with ADAS begins from approximately ₹13.5 lakh, while the Red Dark Petrol-DCA variant is priced at approximately ₹13.81 lakh. These prices are tax-exclusive.
The ADAS pack in the Nexon offers many advanced safety technologies, such as autonomous emergency brake, lane keep assist, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, lane centering system, high beam assist, and traffic sign recognition.

These features make the Nexon even more competitive against SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and Mahindra XUV 3XO. Furthermore, the Nexon is the first Made-in-India SUV to receive a 5-star safety rating from both Bharat NCAP and Global NCAP.
Tata Motors has also launched the Nexon Red Dark Edition with ADAS updates. Prices for this variant start at ₹12.44 lakh (Petrol MT) and go up to ₹14.15 lakh (Diesel AMT).
The company launched this edition after the Nexon recorded sales of over 22,000 units last month. This is thanks to changes in GST rates and the Nexon's multiple engine options.
The Red Dark Edition is offered in Atlas Black color with red accents and piano black finishing. Its granite black interior features ventilated leather seats, red stitching, red inserts on the dashboard, and 'Red Dark' badging, giving it a premium look.
This edition comes in five powertrain options: Petrol-MT, Petrol-DCA, CNG-MT, Diesel-MT, and Diesel-AMT. But keep in mind, the ADAS feature is currently only available on the petrol-DCA variant.
The Nexon Red Dark variant with ADAS features is also available, which costs ₹28,000 more, bringing the price to ₹13.81 lakh.
