New Delhi [India], May 5: When it comes to Indian meals, chapatis always take center stage! However, when a chapati turns hard or rough, many of us avoid eating it! That’s why we are always on the lookout for a brand that consistently delivers soft & fresh chapatis!
We have all been awestruck by those flashy commercials showing chapati or phulka beautifully puffing over the flame, with a warm, steamy chapati bite dipped in a gravy sabzi, and the nostalgia of maa ke haath ki bani roti! These commercials successfully create the image of an ideal chapati, leading us to try popular branded flours! However, reality hits differently when we actually try them, leaving us with disappointment and dry, rough chapatis that hardly match the promise.
