Paris Olympics 2024 will be the greenest ever Olympics in the history of any sports games. The organizing committee for the games has resolved that carbon emissions should be very low during this period so as not to harm the climate. For this, organizers have added plant-based things to the food menu, beds and tables made of recycled plastic, and shuttlecocks in the Sports Village. They have done so much, putting in so many changes to make these games the greenest Olympics ever.

Sports events would be conducted in 35 stadiums of Paris, out of which only two new have been made and the other events will take place within old stadium itself. Arrangements for an aquatic center and venues for badminton and rhythmic gymnastics have been prepared. While London 2012 built six new permanent and seven temporary stadiums, Rio built 10. The organisers for the Games in Paris say instead that plastic waste has been used to set up the stands in these two stadiums.

Beds have been prepared from cardboard for the players in the Olympic Games Village. Similar beds were made in the Tokyo Olympics as well. This time, coffee tables have been prepared for the athletes from recycled shuttlecocks, sofas from parachute canvas and chairs from recycled bottle caps.
