Indian Premier League 2026: LSG opt to bowl first against Rajasthan Royals
Lucknow Super Giants vs Rajasthan Royals, IPL 2026 LSG vs RR: Lucknow won the toss and elected to bowl first. Captain Rishabh Pant announced that he made two changes to the playing 11, while Riyan Parag made no changes.

Captain Pant mentioned that there have been two changes to the playing XI. Mayank Yadav replaces Avesh Khan, and Digvesh Rathi replaces Manimaran Siddharth. There have been no changes from the Rajasthan side.
The start of the IPL 2026 season has not been as expected for the Lucknow Super Giants. The team has played a total of six matches so far, winning only two of them and losing four. Rajasthan, on the other hand, started the season with four consecutive wins, but have lost their last two matches.
