Carlos Alcaraz matched Rafael Nadal's Grand Slam wins record with a win over Jannik Sinner in an exhilarating French Open finale. Alcaraz beat Sinner in a high-stakes match on Sunday to claim his fifth Grand Slam and matched Nadal's record at 22 days, 1 month, and 3 days. Nadal claimed his fifth Grand Slam at the same age when he defeated Roger Federer at Wimbledon in 2008.

Speaking about winning five major titles at the same stage of Nadal's career, Alcaraz said, "Winning my fifth Grand Slam at the same age as Rafa Nadal, I would say it is my luck.
