Samvad App: Desi app will give tough competition to WhatsApp, pass security test, know launch date

This instant messaging app has been developed by the Center for Development of Telematics. This app has now passed Trust Assurance Level(TAL) 4. After which it has got the green signal from DRDO. In an ex-post, DRDO said that the Samvad app has passed the security test.
This app offers users end-to-end security along with messaging and voice capabilities. It is anticipated that WhatsApp will face competition from this app.
Not all users can use the Samvad App at this time. It is currently undergoing testing. However, you can use it by going to the CDoT website if you'd like to. You will need to enter some crucial information to use it.
