Now, a new leak has revealed that the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra will feature the company's fastest LPDDR5X RAM (10.7Gbps).
The Samsung Galaxy S26 series may arrive at the beginning of 2026. However, the company hasn't confirmed this yet. Still, closer to the event, web discussions have considerably flared up with assumptions about the possible features and specifications of this flagship family. According to reports, some models will be powered by the in-house 2nm Exynos 2600 processor, while in some areas, Qualcomm's 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset will power regional variants. Now, a new leak has revealed that the lineup will boast several hardware updates and will also support faster RAM.
According to a post by tipster PhoneArt (@UniverseIce), the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra will feature Samsung's latest LPDDR5X RAM, running at 10.7Gbps peak data rates. This will be a significant upgrade over the 8.5Gbps RAM used in the current Galaxy S25 Ultra. According to the report, this next-gen RAM is currently in mass production and will start at 12GB capacity across all variants.
It's worth noting that earlier this year, the same tipster claimed that the Galaxy S26 Ultra would feature LPDDR5X RAM with 10.7Gbps transfer speeds. Now, new leaks indicate that Samsung has decided to roll out this upgrade to the entire lineup.
