The specifications and features of the OnePlus Turbo have been surfacing online for quite some time. Now, the company has officially confirmed that the OnePlus Turbo series will launch in China soon. Pre-bookings have also begun on the Oppo online store in China, with a small fee.
Details and specifications of the OnePlus Turbo have been making waves online for quite some time. However, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has just announced that it would be launching the OnePlus Turbo line of smartphones in China in the short term. Moreover, the new range is up for preorder in China with a small fee in the Oppo China online store. Notably, these images emerged online just when live images of the OnePlus Turbo surfaced online, which include a dual-rear camera system in a square display. It is also anticipated that it would run on the Snapdragon 7 series chipset and would run on a 9,000mAh battery.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has recently posted on its Weibo site that it plans on soon launching its collection of OnePlus Turbo smartphones in China. However, the tech firm has not yet revealed the upcoming lineup's key specifications, features, design, colors, and the exact launch date. Furthermore, the number and names of phones launching as part of the OnePlus Turbo series have also not been revealed. More details about the smartphones are expected to emerge in the coming days.
Furthermore, the OnePlus Turbo series is now available for pre-order in China through the Oppo online store. Customers in the country can pre-order the smartphones for a token price of CNY 1 (approximately Rs. 13). However, the listing does not reveal any other details about the smartphones. Separately, the tech firm has revealed on Weibo that the soon-to-be-launched OnePlus Turbo series will debut as a mid-range phone.

Recently, alleged renders of the OnePlus Turbo surfaced online. The smartphone was shown in green with a hole-punch cutout display, which is expected to house the front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. It also appeared to have a square-shaped rear camera module housing dual rear cameras. The images suggest that the power button and volume controls will be on the right side of the handset, while the left side will be blank. The rear panel is also expected to be made of plastic.
In terms of specifications, the OnePlus Turbo is reported to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. It may be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. Reports also suggest that the phone will have a 9,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging. It is expected to launch as part of the Nord lineup in select global markets, including India.
