OnePlus Ace 6T to Launch on December 3; World’s First Phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5
The OnePlus Ace 6T will be launched in China in the first week of December. The company has confirmed several key specifications along with the launch date. This will be the world's first smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The phone will feature an 8,300mAh battery and a 165Hz display.
The company announced on Thursday that the OnePlus Ace 6T will launch in China in the first week of December. With this announcement, the smartphone maker additionally announced some of its key features for the upcoming phone, including battery capacity and screen refresh rate. In addition to this, a top executive of the company has recently revealed that this upcoming handset will be the world's first phone featuring Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, launched globally on November 26th.
In a post on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo, the company announced the OnePlus Ace 6T will launch in China on December 3rd at 7 pm (4:30 pm IST). OnePlus also confirmed key specifications of its upcoming smartphone. The OnePlus Ace 6T will feature an 8,300mAh Glacier battery (translated from Chinese). It will feature a display with a screen refresh rate of up to 165Hz.
The phone is currently available for pre-order in China through the Oppo China online store for CNY 1 (approximately Rs. 12.6). The company claims that the OnePlus Ace 6T will deliver up to 3 hours of gameplay at 165fps in select games. Users will also be able to enjoy gaming and watching videos simultaneously.
