This new feature available on both Android and iOS devices warns when spam messages arrive. The message which is spam will be displayed with the label “Suspected Spam”. Users can check this in their profile avatar spot.

Google has said in one of its blogs that if you are using Google Voice, you will get an alert of spam messages. This new feature has been introduced on Android and iOS devices. The user will see the level of spam messages inside the message. If any spam message comes, it will go directly to the spam folder.

If a number is correct and the level of spam is visible on it, then you can also remove it. This spam text protection will be available for both free and paid Google Voice accounts (Starter, Standard, and Premier). According to the company, it is currently being launched.
