New-gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB unveiled, this luxury car will come with excellent comfort and launch wheelbase

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the new generation E-Class Long Wheelbase (LWB) in China. This popular luxury car has been made more comfortable than before. The sixth-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class made its debut in global markets earlier this year, while the latest E-Class LWB will be sold in select markets. It is expected to be seen in the Indian market as well. Let us know about the new-gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB.

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB measures 5,092 mm in length, 1,880 mm in width, and 1,493 mm in height. Its wheelbase is 3,094 mm. This makes it 18 mm longer and 20 mm wider than the existing model. The 15 mm longer wheelbase is a major contributor to the 18 mm increase in length.

The new generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB looks similar to the standard wheelbase version. The obvious difference is the taller rear door, with a quarter glass mounted behind the rear door, while the rear window is integrated into the rear door. The longer wheelbase brings more legroom and knee room to the E-Class LWB, while the cabin features the same interior trim and specifications as the standard variant.
