New 2025 Tata Nexon SUV with three new variants and updated features launched
Tata Nexon 2025: Tata Motors has launched the 2025 version of its sub-4 meter compact SUV Nexon in India. The Indian auto manufacturer has changed the feature and variant list for buyers. Tata Nexon has received a 5-star safety rating in the Global NCAP and India NCAP crash test safety ratings.
Tata Motors on its social media handle announced the launch of the 2025 Tata Nexon SUV. The starting price of the 2025 Tata Nexon is Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Indian auto manufacturer has changed the feature and variant list for buyers. The updates of the 2025 Tata Nexon include new colors, new variants, and modern features. The newly introduced colour of the sub-4 meter compact SUV Nexon is named Grassland Beige and it is being offered in new Pure+, new Creative+, and new Creative+ PS variants. Tata Nexon has received a 5-star safety rating in the Global NCAP and India NCAP crash test safety ratings.
Apart from that, the company has revealed the new features of the SUV through the social media post. The features are a voice-assisted panorama sunroof, ventilated leatherette seats, a new 10.25-inch infotainment display, 9 JBL speakers with sub-woofer, and 7-speed DCA transmission with e-shifter and paddle shifters.
The 2025 Tata Nexon keeps the same engines as before. Which come in the form of a 1.2-litre turbocharged Revotron petrol motor along with a 1.5-litre turbocharged Revotorq diesel burner. The 1,200 cc gasoline unit churns out 86.7 bhp at 5,500 rpm along with 170 Nm of torque from 1,750-4,000 rpm. This engine also comes in a CNG powertrain option as well. In CNG mode, it returns 72.5 bhp at 5,000 rpm along with 170 Nm of peak torque at 2,000 - 3,000 rpm. While the latter develops 83.3 bhp at 3,750 rpm and 260 Nm of torque between 1,500 to 2,750 rpm with its 1,500 cc engine.
