Neither Rinku nor Shubman in the team of T20 World Cup 2024, Kaif gave place to 5 all-rounders in his team

Mohammad Kaif has given a big blow to the players who were hoping to make a place in the Indian team due to their brilliant performance in the Indian Premier League 2024. On Saturday, the former batsman of the Indian team chose his favourite team for the T20 World Cup 2024, in which there are no names of many players who are claiming a place in the team based on their excellent performance in this IPL. However, the selectors of the Indian cricket team can announce the team for the World Cup by the first week of May. But the players who have dreamed of making it to the World Cup team will be disappointed after seeing Kaif's team.

In his fifteen-man squad, Muhammad Kaif has omitted Rinku Singh and favoured Yashasvi Jaiswal over Shubman Gill. Kaif's squad is also missing Mayank Yadav, Mohammed Shami, and KL Rahul. Rishabh Pant is the only wicketkeeper that Kaif has included in his squad. Moreover, Kaif's squad has not been able to accommodate Ravi Bishnoi. While Ryan Parag, Suryakumar Yadav, and Virat Kohli have been named middle-order batsmen, Kaif has chosen Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal as openers. The team is comprised of five all-round players: Axar Patel, Shivam Dubey, Ravindra Jadeja, Hardik Pandya, and Shivam Dubey.

Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal have been given places in the spin department, while Jasprit Bumrah will lead the fast bowling attack of Kaif's team, Mohammad Siraj and Arshdeep Singh have also been successful in making a place in his team. Mayank Yadav has not been able to make a place in this team, he is considered certain to play in the World Cup 2024. Looking at Siraj's form, it does not seem that he will be able to play the World Cup.
