The central government will start a training program for government employees on Monday on Good Governance Day. The statement issued on Sunday said that the Department of Personnel and Training will celebrate Good Governance Day on December 25. According to the statement, the hybrid programs on the iGOT-Karmayogi platform will facilitate equitable access to training modalities at all levels to meet the dynamic training needs of officers.

The central government will start a training program for government employees on Monday on Good Governance Day. The statement issued on Sunday said that the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) will celebrate Good Governance Day on December 25.

According to the statement, Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh will launch three new features on the Integrated Government Online Training (IGOT) Karmayogi platform - My iGOT, Blended Program and Curated Programme. The statement issued by the Personnel Ministry said that more than 28 lakh users have joined the platform so far and around 830 high-quality e-learning courses have been made available on the platform.

It said the blended programs on the iGOT-Karmayogi platform will facilitate equitable access to training modalities at all levels to meet the dynamic training needs of officers. Jitendra Singh will launch 12 domain e-learning courses developed in two months by Karmayogi Digital Learning Lab as part of the annual capacity-building plan of DoPT.
