As per Jagran, Satya Nadella received a salary hike of 63% this year. His package is very big after this hike. Now his salary has become 79.1 million dollars i.e. about Rs 665 crore. The reason for such a tremendous increase in the salary of Nadella is the shares of Microsoft. Yes, for some time now the stock of IT company Microsoft is on a rise. In such a situation his salary was increased under the stock award.

It would not be wrong to name Satya Nadella, who has an important contribution to increasing Microsoft's business growth. Recently, a very strong positioning in the market was maintained by Microsoft after investing in advances in artificial intelligence and OpenAI. After this, Nadella's stock-based income also went up.

Talking to Microsoft, the company's stock has surged 31.2 % in the last one year. And AI takes credit in the growing chart of Microsoft. Now, the company is believed to be moving towards generative AI, and it benefits the company.

Even with the increase in salary, Nadella asked the company to reduce the cash salary. He did so because of a cyber issue in security. While Satya Nadella's salary package is $79.1 million, which is about Rs 6,65,03,05,740, in such a situation his daily salary is about Rs 18220015, which means about Rs 1.8 crore.
