Post his MBA, Akash gained corporate experience with renowned companies such as Hindustan National Glass, Reliance Communications, and Kirloskar Brothers Limited. It was during his tenure at Kirloskar that he introduced India’s first-ever Loyalty Program for pump retailers, a move that gained international recognition.
Not stopping there, he also spearheaded the launch of the country’s first Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for the pump industry, revolutionizing the sector’s sales approach. However, despite these achievements, he yearned for something more—a venture of his own.
