The Lexus ES sedan is planning to launch its new model on March 20. The front of the Lexus ES has thin Z-shaped lights with daytime running lamps and indicators installed in them. The main lights are placed a little lower and are bordered by shiny black strips. Unlike the older model, the new Lexus ES does not have a large spindle-shaped grille, and in its place, a small air dam is installed at the lower end of the front.

The Lexus ES has strong lines on the sides, similar to the shiny black stripe installed on it. The vehicle also gets new alloy wheels. The Lexus ES has a thin LED light installed at the back, covering the entire width of the vehicle. The lower portion of the Lexus ES has an L-shaped design with chrome installed in it.

The interior of the new Lexus ES no longer features numerous buttons, but instead features a large 14-inch touchscreen. Most of the car's features are controlled from this screen. It features OTA updates, allowing the car's software to be updated from the internet at home, just like a mobile phone. The center console also features touch-sensitive buttons. The steering wheel still features physical buttons for easy operation while driving.

The driver has a 12.3-inch digital display that displays all the car's details. It also features a Mark Levinson music system. The roof features a panoramic glass roof that can be customized. The front seats have memory function, and the rear seats can be reclined to suit your needs. Additionally, it also features an ADAS safety system.

The current Lexus ES is sold in India as a hybrid, so according to AUTOCAR INDIA, the new model is also expected to be a hybrid. However, it's not yet clear whether the company will bring a fully EV model here. Furthermore, the new ES is available in different power options.

The new ES 300h comes with a 2.0-liter engine (197 hp) and a 2.5-liter engine (201 hp). The ES 350h also has the same 2.5-liter engine, but it's tuned to deliver a higher power output of 247 hp. All hybrid models feature an e-CVT gearbox and offer both FWD and AWD options.

The ES EV is available in 224-hp 350e and 343-hp 550e variants. Lexus hasn't yet revealed the battery power of the ES EV. The 350e comes with a single-motor setup and, according to CLTC, offers a range of 685 km. The 550e, on the other hand, comes with dual-wheel drive and can travel up to 610 km on a single charge. The 350e can do 0-100 km in 8.9 seconds, while the 550e can do it in 5.9 seconds.
