The JK Tyre FMSCI National Racing Championship has reached its final round. The finale of the championship will be held at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore on November 15-16.

The series, now in its 28th year of running, is considered the most stable and reliable platform for circuit racing in the country. This season, too, the results in several categories remain undecided, making this a highly exciting season finale.

The LGB Formula 4 category is desperately trying to keep the points tally very close. Diljeet T.S. of Dark Don Racing leads with 53 points. MSport Racing's Dhruv Goswami is only 8 points behind him. Mahesh Agarwal is also in third place with positions and remains in the title race. The Kari track is small and traffic management is difficult, so every lap is crucial.

The second and final round of the Formula 4 India Championship, which is held alongside the Indian Racing Festival, is also taking place here. Kenya's Shane Chandaria (Chennai Turbo Riders) is a top contender. France's Sachelle Rotgay and South Africa's Luviwe Sambadula are also in the title race. India's Ishan Madesh and Sasiva Sankaran will look to strengthen their position in this round.

All drivers drive the same Ligier JS F-422 car, so the key to victory is consistency, not a more powerful machine.

This popular bike series once again features two classes: professional and amateur. Anish Shetty leads the pro class with 57 points. Defending champion Navneet Kumar is still in contention due to a narrow gap. Brian Nicholls leads in the amateur class.

In India's new one-man touring car series, the Levitas Cup, Ashwin Pugalagiri and Balaji Raju (Chennai) are tied on 32 points each in the Rookie class. Jai Prashanth Venkat of Coimbatore leads in the Gentlemen's class, but a narrowing gap could change the outcome.

The Novice Cup, which features Swift-engined single-seaters, has been quite interesting this year. Abhijeet Vadavali leads with 34 points. Lokithalingesh Ravi and Pratik Ashok are just six points behind him. The finale in this category is expected to be the most closely contested.

The championship has always aimed to provide a platform for India's new racers. However, this year's new format, a more diverse driver lineup, and extremely close points in several classes show that Indian motorsport is gradually becoming more organized.

The teams and drivers at Kari Speedway have a clear goal. To collect as many points as possible, not take unnecessary risks, and finish the season strongly.
