IND vs USA: Nisarg Patel will challenge Team India in T20 World Cup 2024 today, know what is his relation with India

USA all-rounder Nisarg Patel, born in India, will challenge the Indian team today. He wanted to play against India 18 years ago too, but then his dream remained unfulfilled. Actually, when Nisarg Patel was 18 years old, he participated in the Under-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka in 2006. His team was in Group B along with Australia, West Indies, and South Africa and was knocked out of the tournament after losing all three matches of the group stage, due to which he could not play the match against India. However, during that time he met the entire Indian team and wished Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja. Now after 18 years, Nisarg Patel is part of the senior USA team.

Nisarg Patel, a part of the USA team, is eagerly waiting to meet Rohit and Jadeja again after 18 years. His dream is going to be fulfilled in the match between India and the USA to be played at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York on Wednesday. Both teams are in a good position to make it to the Super Eight by winning their first two matches.

According to media reports, Nisarg Patel is very excited to play against India. Nisarg said that we have a great opportunity to represent America on such a big stage. We have a chance to play against big teams Pakistan and now India. We have also played against Ireland and Canada many times, but this is a completely different experience.

Know which wicket he wants to take in the match against India after defeating Pakistan. Nisarg stated that he does not target any single player. I enjoy contributing to my team's triumph. However, I'd want to dismiss Virat Kohli or Rohit Sharma. But it all depends on when I bowl.

At the same time, Nisarg stated that the drop-in pitches are their first opportunity. I've recently heard that these are actual wickets. They benefit everyone, including spinners, quick bowlers, and hitters. We've just heard that they are true wickets, which is really thrilling.

Nisarg Patel was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He studied in a boarding school in Vapi and played a lot of cricket in Ahmedabad before moving to America in 2003. After going to America, he was selected for the national Under-19 team. Playing the Under-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka in 2006 was his first big opportunity. He has played about 80 matches for the USA senior team so far.
