The Kerala High Court has issued a severe ban against anyone who records films or blogs while driving. The court has ruled that if anyone is caught doing this, he will face severe consequences, including a large fine.

According to media reports, the court said that if any person is found recording videos or blogging in the driver's cabin, action should be taken against him and a hefty fine should be imposed. Along with this, the Kerala High Court has also issued an order to the Transport Department to take action against cars with excessive modifications.
