Honor Watch X5 Debuts in China With AMOLED Display, Bluetooth Calling and 14-Day Battery Life
The Honor Watch X5 has been launched in China, featuring a large AMOLED display, Bluetooth calling, and health tracking features. The wearable includes heart rate, SpO2, sleep monitoring, and AI-based weight loss plan support. It offers 120 sports modes and a claimed 14-day battery life.
The Honor Watch X5 has been launched in China. This new wearable is available in two colors and supports a 1.97-inch AMOLED display. The Honor Watch X5 offers more than 120 sports modes while monitoring heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), and sleep. It also has a Bluetooth calling feature that lets you make calls directly from your wrist. The wearable is claimed to last up to 14 days on a single charge.
The price of the HonorWatchX5 is CNY 449 (approximately Rs. 5,800). The watch is now available for sale in China in Moonlight White and Phantom Night Black color options.
The new Honor Watch X5 comes with a 1.97-inch AMOLED display featuring 390x450 pixels resolution, a refresh rate of 60Hz, an 82% screen-to-body ratio, and a pixel density of 302ppi. The display has 1.8mm bezels and supports Always-On Display (AOD) mode. The device features a silicone strap and a side-mounted button for navigation.

The Honor Watch X5 supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to answer and make incoming calls without removing the phone. It has an IP68-rated build and 5ATM (50-meter) certification. It is compatible with devices running Android 9.0 and above and 13.0 and above. Connectivity options on the smartwatch include Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS. It has a magnetic charging port.
The watch comes with an aluminum alloy case. Onboard sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, heart rate sensor (PPG), and barometric pressure sensor. The Honor Watch X5 can be paired with the Honor Health app to sync exercise and health data. The wearable tracks heart rate using the PPG sensor. It also monitors sleep and blood oxygen saturation levels (SpO2) to provide information about the wearer's physical condition. Additionally, the wearable allows users to create AI-based weight loss plans based on their physical condition and weight loss goals.
The Honor Watch X5 supports 120 sports modes. The wearable's built-in barometer and compass can be used to monitor environmental changes while hiking and climbing. It also offers GPS with route recording, allowing users to track and share their location. Additional features include a remote camera shutter, Do Not Disturb mode, one-click SOS, music control, and women's health tracking.
The Honor Watch X5 is claimed to last up to 14 days on a single charge. It measures 45.68x40.2x9.99mm and weighs approximately 29g.
