Japanese carmaker Honda Cars, which offers vehicles in the sedan and SUV segment in the Indian market, will launch a new edition of the SUV (Honda Elevate Black Edition) on January 7, 2025. Know what kind of features can be given in it and what can be its possible price.
The Black Edition of Honda Elevate, an SUV offered by Honda, will be launched in the Indian market. The company launched this SUV in the Indian market in the year 2023 itself. Since then, it has given a tough challenge to other SUVs in its segment.
The SUV was spotted in media reports some time ago. The SUV was seen in full black color, after which the possibility increased that preparations are being made to bring the SUV with a new edition soon. A new badge of Black Edition will be given below the Elevate badging at the rear of the SUV.
Apart from this, no other changes will be made by Honda in the exterior design of the SUV. However, its alloy wheels and paint scheme will be kept completely black. Apart from this, black cladding will also be given in the exterior of the SUV and the same color will be used in the interior as well.
So far as the engine is considered there is actually little room for change. There is, in fact, likely to use of the same 1.5 liters one generally sees inside them. It yields the SUV, a total of 121 PS with the generation of torque equivalent to 145 Nm. One might even count transmission variants for its manual and CVT respectively.
The prices of Honda Elevate start at Rs 11.69 lakh for the normal ex-showroom and the ex-showroom price of its top variant is Rs 16.43 lakh. If its Black Edition is introduced, then a slight increase in prices can be seen (Honda Elevate Black Edition price).
Honda brings the Elevate SUV in the segment of SUVs larger than four meters. It goes head-on in this segment against SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, and MG Hector.
