Fan-made This Request To Rashmika Mandanna For 'Pushpa 2'
Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who played Srivalli in Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa: The Rise', is all set to feature in the second part of the franchise 'Pushpa: The Rule'. Recently a fan requested Rashmika to make her character Srivalli strong and influential in the second part. Rashmika also responded to that person's request.
Fan wrote, "Pushpa the rule pooja. Just a request, make the character of Srivalli strong and influential. Very eager to cast Dhananjay's character in Part 2 (sic)." Responding to the fan's tweet, Rashmika wrote, "I hope let's see." 'Pushpa: The Rule' will focus on a one-off fight between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, who was introduced as the main antagonist at the end of the first film. Sukumar will return to direct the second part as well.
The film was officially launched on Monday along with the puja ceremony and the film's team has started shooting. Photos from the puja ceremony surfaced online. A fan club on Twitter shared a picture from the ceremony in which Rashmika opted for ethnic wear. Allu Arjun was not in the pictures as he is currently in New York.
Pushpa: The Rise was Blockbuster
Pushpa: The Rise was originally shot in Telugu and was dubbed and released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. This is Allu Arjun's first film to be released simultaneously in five languages. In the film, Allu Arjun was seen playing the role of a lorry driver and sandalwood smuggler. Rashmika appeared in the role of a milk vendor's daughter. The film grossed over ₹300 crores worldwide and over ₹100 crores from its dubbed Hindi version.
