Elon Musk unveiled the largest feature, and WhatsApp will now face intense competition

Elon Musk's social networking platform finally has this feature, which has been waiting a long time. After several months of testing on the X, the voice and video calling feature is finally available for Android users.

As per X Engineer's report, X has been progressively rolling out the audio and video calling functionality for Android users. The update for this new function has already been sent to a large number of people, and in the coming days, many more will receive it.

Update your app if you're an X user as well and would want this function. The fact that this new feature is exclusive to premium customers is a major drawback. This feature will only be accessible to them.

To use the audio and video calling feature on X, first update your app. After this, go to Privacy and Safety in Settings and turn on the Direct Messaging (Settings > Privacy and Safety > Direct Messages) feature. You will get three calling options as to who can call you and who cannot. For this, three options will be available: Contact List, Followers and Verified.
