Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 22: Sidharth Joshi embarked on his professional journey under the esteemed guidance of Hon’ble Justice S.C. Jain, a respected advocate, where he dedicated two years of his career. Subsequently, he ventured into establishing his own practice. To date, he has successfully handled over 4500 cases, with a significant portion exceeding 2000 cases associated with the High Courts and Supreme Court. Mr. Joshi’s expertise extends to presenting, arguing, and drafting in various cases pertaining to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as well as esteemed High Courts such as Delhi, Bombay, Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, and Himachal Pradesh at Shimla. Additionally, he possesses proficiency in handling cases concerning several Tribunals, including the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Customs Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) in Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and Consumer Dispute Redressal forums at the district, state, and national levels.

Prior to pursuing his dream career in law, Sidharth Joshi pursued Commerce studies at Kendriya Vidhyala AGCR College. He obtained his LLB. Hons degree in 2006 from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi. He furthered his education by completing a P.G.D.I.P.R. from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) and a PGDM from the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.

While Mr. Joshi acknowledges the role of luck in his achievements, he firmly believes that hard work is the driving force behind success. He endured a challenging journey, dedicating 16-18 hours a day to his work, maintaining focus, and continuously developing his skills as a lawyer by learning from every opportunity. According to Mr. Joshi, success requires 70% hard work, 20% intelligence, and 10% focus on analyzing and reflecting on one’s actions and identifying areas for improvement. He emphasizes the importance of analyzing not only successes but also mistakes, as they provide valuable lessons. Mr. Joshi values learning from the success of others and believes that the day one ceases to be willing to learn marks the start of professional stagnation. He actively contributes to the betterment of society by undertaking pro bono work, assisting low-income individuals, and advocating for underserved populations such as the elderly, victims of domestic abuse, and children.
